Ingredients

  • 6 cups finely chopped rhubarb
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3 (3 oz.) packages jello (any desired flavor or unflavored)

Instructions

  1. Mix rhubarb and sugar and let stand overnight.
  2. In the morning, add the jello powder to the mixture.
  3. Heat to boiling and boil for 1 minute.
  4. Pour the hot jam into sterilized jars and seal.
