Rhubarb Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. cut up rhubarb
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Mix together adding rhubarb and nuts last.
  2. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
  3. Pour in mixture and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
