Ingredients

  • 1 c. fresh strawberries
  • 1 c. canned crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 1/2 c. rhubarb, cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 3 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
  • 1 1/3 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine strawberries, pineapple, and rhubarb in a bowl.
  2. Sprinkle with tapioca and sugar mixture over the fruit mixture and toss gently.
  3. Pour the fruit mixture into a prepared pie crust.
  4. Dot the filling with 3 tablespoons of butter.
  5. Brush the top crust with milk.
  6. Bake at 425°F for 30 to 35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
