Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 2 envelopes dried mushroom soup
  • 2 c. water

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet or saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add rice and sliced mushrooms; sauté until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in dried mushroom soup and water with bouillon cube; bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes until all liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
