Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup raisins
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 beaten eggs

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in order given: rice, sugar, salt, milk, raisins, melted butter, and beaten eggs.
  2. Pour the mixture into a buttered baking pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
