Ingredients

  • 2 c. long grained rice, cooked
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, deseeded and sliced
  • 1 red pepper, deseeded and sliced
  • 4 oz. mushrooms, cut lengthwise
  • 8 oz. streaky bacon or bacon bits
  • 1 small tin sweet corn
  • selection of Wurst sausages

Instructions

  1. Fry chopped onion in a little fat until translucent.
  2. Add sliced green and red peppers; cook until tender.
  3. Add mushrooms and chopped bacon; cook until done.
  4. Mix in cooked rice, sweet corn, and heated sliced Wurst sausages.
  5. Stir well and serve.
