Ingredients

  • 3 pkg. (8 oz. each) Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Make and chill the crust.
  2. Combine 1 1/2 cups packaged graham cracker crumbs and 1/4 cup sugar in a small bowl; blend in 1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter or margarine.
  3. Press firmly over the bottom and sides of a heavy buttered 9-inch spring-form pan.
  4. Chill.
