Rich cocoa balls are decadent, bite-sized treats with intense chocolate flavor and crunchy nuts, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings or sharing at gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 or 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 cups finely chopped walnuts or pecans

Instructions

  1. Combine powdered sugar and cocoa in a large mixer bowl.
  2. Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla; blend well.
  3. Stir in chopped walnuts or pecans.
  4. Cover bowl tightly and chill for about 30 minutes.
  5. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls.
  6. Roll each ball in powdered sugar to coat completely.
  7. Place in a storage container and cover tightly.
  8. Chill for at least 2 hours or until firm.
