Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 3 c. elbow macaroni
  • 1 c. chopped black olives
  • 1 c. diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Brown ground chuck and onion.
  2. Boil macaroni elbows; drain. In large pot, mix meat and macaroni.
  3. Add drained corn, chopped olives and diced tomatoes.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Heat until bubbly.
  6. Can be topped with grated cheese.
