Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ricotta cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix ricotta cheese, eggs, flour, sugar, baking powder, and vanilla in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into hot oil and deep fry until golden brown.
  3. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar while warm.
