Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can refried beans
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 4 oz. shredded Cheddar
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • sliced black olives
  • 4 taco shells

Instructions

  1. Break taco shells into the bottom of a pan.
  2. Spread refried beans over the taco shells.
  3. Mix sour cream and taco seasoning together.
  4. Spread the seasoned sour cream over the beans.
  5. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese, chopped tomatoes, and black olives.
  6. Optional: add shredded lettuce before serving.
