Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. Bisquick mix
  • 1 1/2 c. milk, warmed
  • bacon grease or Crisco
  • grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, Bisquick and warm milk in a bowl.
  2. Knead until smooth.
  3. Divide into 1-inch balls.
  4. Let set, covered, for 5 minutes to 2 hours.
  5. Roll each ball out on a floured board to form a thin circle.
  6. Brown in a greased frying pan or griddle.
  7. Serve warm or use to make burritos.
