Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. large flour tortillas
  • scrambled eggs
  • fried bacon or ham pieces
  • sliced cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. picante sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Butter the flour tortillas.
  2. Add scrambled eggs, bacon or ham, cheese, and picante sauce to each tortilla.
  3. Roll the tortillas like a burrito.
  4. Cook the rolled tacos in the microwave for 45 seconds until heated through.
