Ingredients

  • Ritz crackers
  • 1 box dates, chopped
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 c. or more powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Cook dates and milk until very thick.
  2. Put on crackers.
  3. Bake 10 minutes at 325°.
  4. Mix other ingredients. Spread on top of crackers.
  5. Keep refrigerated.
