Ingredients

  • steak, beef, pork or chicken
  • 1 to 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 to 2 cans cream of chicken soup

Instructions

  1. Use meat that is 1/2 to 1 inch thick for steak or pork chops.
  2. Place the meat in a baking dish.
  3. Pour 1 to 2 cans of cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup over the meat.
  4. Add peeled and cut potatoes around the meat.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 1 to 1.5 hours until the meat is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
