Ingredients

  • 5 1/2 lbs moose roast
  • 1 cup vinegar or 1 cup white wine
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Marinate moose over night in 1 C water and 1 C vinegar.
  2. Season with black pepper and salt.
  3. Bake 3 1/2 -4 hours at 325 degrees.
