Fruity Gelatin Delight

A vibrant, fruity gelatin dessert layered with fresh fruits, whipped topping, and crunchy pecans, perfect for parties, family gatherings, or a refreshing treat for all ages.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. raspberry gelatin
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 10 large ice cubes
  • 1 small tart apple, chopped
  • 1/2 c. seedless red or green grapes, halved
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • 1/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 c. whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the raspberry gelatin in boiling water in a medium bowl.
  2. Add ice cubes to the gelatin mixture.
  3. Stir for 3 minutes or until the gelatin is melted.
  4. Chill the gelatin in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  5. Add chopped tart apple, halved grapes, sliced banana, and chopped pecans into the gelatin.
  6. Cover and chill for about 15 minutes.
  7. Spoon about 1/4 of the gelatin mixture into a clear glass bowl.
  8. Alternate layers of whipped topping, blueberries, and the remaining gelatin, ending with whipped topping.
  9. Serve immediately.
