Ingredients

  • 2 envelopes dry onion soup mix
  • 4 lb. potatoes
  • 2/3 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a Ziploc bag.
  2. Seal the bag and shake to ensure the potatoes are completely covered with the onion soup mixture.
  3. Empty the bag into a greased 13 x 9-inch (or larger) baking dish.
  4. Garnish with pepper and parsley, if desired.
  5. Bake at 450°F for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
