Ingredients

  • red peppers
  • fresh garlic
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Place the red peppers on a roasting tray and put in a 350°F oven.
  2. Turn the peppers until cooked on all sides, about 1 hour.
  3. When done, place the peppers in a paper bag and let them steam for a few minutes.
  4. Peel and slice the peppers into strips.
  5. Place the sliced peppers in a bowl with fresh garlic and olive oil and let marinate.
