- Thaw lobster tails.
- Cut the underside membrane around the edge and remove.
- Grasp the tail in both hands; bend backwards toward the shell side to prevent curling, or crack or insert skewers to keep the tail flat.
- Combine lemon juice, butter, and salt to make the butter mixture.
- Grill the lobster tail flesh side down for 5 minutes.
- Turn the lobster and brush with the butter mixture.
- Grill the lobster flesh side up for 10 to 20 minutes or until the lobster has lost its transparency and is opaque.
