Ingredients

  • 6 frozen lobster tails
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Thaw lobster tails.
  2. Cut the underside membrane around the edge and remove.
  3. Grasp the tail in both hands; bend backwards toward the shell side to prevent curling, or crack or insert skewers to keep the tail flat.
  4. Combine lemon juice, butter, and salt to make the butter mixture.
  5. Grill the lobster tail flesh side down for 5 minutes.
  6. Turn the lobster and brush with the butter mixture.
  7. Grill the lobster flesh side up for 10 to 20 minutes or until the lobster has lost its transparency and is opaque.
