Ingredients

  • 1 cup Roma or Holland Tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 Ripe Avocados, diced
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cub fresh cilantro
  • 1 TBLS minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1-2 packets stevia (or stevia drops to taste)
  • 1/2 cup fresh corn, cut off the cob

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mis all of the ingredients, until as creamy as desired. Try with raw veggies, tortilla wraps, toast, or on top of greens to create a rich avocado salad.
