Ingredients

  • boneless chicken
  • oil
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 3/4 bottle ketchup
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the boneless chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken until browned.
  3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  4. Add 1 cup of red wine to the pan.
  5. Reduce the heat and simmer until the liquid is reduced by half.
  6. Add ketchup and cook on low heat or bake in a 325°F oven for 1 1/2 hours until very tender.
  7. Serve the Red Chicken over rice.
