Rolled Dumplings
Delicious homemade rolled dumplings with fluffy, tender texture, perfect for hearty chicken soups or stews. Ideal for comforting family dinners and casual gatherings.

Instructions
- Cook the roasting chicken, baked or boiled.
- If baked, add enough water to the chicken drippings to make 4 quarts of liquid.
- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Stir in only enough of the 2/3 cup milk to make a soft dough.
- Roll out on floured paper or board to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Cut into 2-inch squares.
- Drop each square individually into boiling chicken liquid.
- Do not cover the pot.
- Cook for 15 to 20 minutes until dumplings are puffed and cooked through.
