Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 2 packages cooked broccoli
  • 1 can chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 1/4 cups shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup buttered bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Cook and bone chicken breasts in salted water.
  2. Place cooked broccoli in the bottom of a casserole dish.
  3. Lay the cooked chicken breasts on top of the broccoli.
  4. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder, and chicken soup to make the sauce.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and broccoli.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the cheese.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes until bubbly and golden.
