- Place paper liners in 12 cupcake holes in a muffin tin.
- Put one tablespoon of crumbled graham crackers in the bottom of each cupcake liner.
- Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, almond extract, and egg until smooth.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crusts in each cupcake liner.
- Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 35 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- Top each tart with cherry pie filling before serving.
