Creamy cheesecake tarts with a crunchy graham cracker base and sweet cherry topping, perfect for parties, gatherings, or a delightful dessert treat for cheesecake lovers.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. almond extract
  • 1 egg
  • Graham crackers, crumbled
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Place paper liners in 12 cupcake holes in a muffin tin.
  2. Put one tablespoon of crumbled graham crackers in the bottom of each cupcake liner.
  3. Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, almond extract, and egg until smooth.
  4. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crusts in each cupcake liner.
  5. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 35 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  7. Top each tart with cherry pie filling before serving.
