Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 6 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs into whites and yolks.
  2. Beat half of the sugar with the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  3. Blend the egg yolks with the remaining sugar until well combined.
  4. Mix the milk with the egg yolk mixture.
  5. Beat the whipping cream to soft peaks and fold it into the mixture.
  6. Add vanilla extract to the mixture.
  7. Gently fold in the beaten egg whites.
  8. Sprinkle a little nutmeg on top before serving.
