A creamy, cheesy pasta bake featuring rotini, Spam, peas, and a crunchy Ritz topping, perfect for a comforting and hearty family meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. rotini or macaroni
  • 2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • margarine
  • 1 (12 oz.) can chopped Spam
  • 1 can sweet peas, drained

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta until al dente; drain.
  2. Place the cooked pasta in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  3. Mix in the Cheddar cheese soup and half of the evaporated milk.
  4. Add the drained sweet peas and chopped Spam to the mixture.
  5. Mix everything together thoroughly.
  6. Top with crushed Ritz crackers.
  7. Dot with margarine and pour the remaining half can of evaporated milk over the top.
  8. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
