- Cook the rotini pasta until al dente; drain.
- Place the cooked pasta in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Mix in the Cheddar cheese soup and half of the evaporated milk.
- Add the drained sweet peas and chopped Spam to the mixture.
- Mix everything together thoroughly.
- Top with crushed Ritz crackers.
- Dot with margarine and pour the remaining half can of evaporated milk over the top.
- Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
