Ingredients

  • 12 oz. rotini
  • 1 lb. Bob Evans sausage
  • 3/4 c. whipping cream
  • 1/4 c. dry white wine
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook sausage in a frying pan until lightly browned; drain. Increase heat to medium-high.
  2. Add whipping cream and white wine to the pan and bring to a boil.
  3. Gently boil, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens slightly, about 3 minutes.
  4. Add the hot, drained rotini pasta to the sauce.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Toss until the pasta is evenly coated with the sauce.
