A creamy, cheesy baked rotini dish with spinach and spaghetti sauce, perfect for a comforting family dinner or easy weeknight meal.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. rotini noodles
  • 32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
  • 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • shredded Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix all five ingredients: cooked rotini, spaghetti sauce, spinach, sour cream, and Parmesan cheese.
  2. Put the mixture into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  3. Top with additional shredded cheese if desired.
  4. Bake in a 350°F oven for 25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  5. Serve with garlic bread.
