Ingredients

  • dark rum
  • vanilla
  • cake mix
  • nutmeg
  • egg
  • pecans
  • water
  • instant vanilla pie filling
  • Crisco oil

Instructions

  1. Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
  2. Place chopped pecans in the bottom of the pan.
  3. Mix all ingredients well, even if slightly lumpy.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 50 minutes.
  6. Remove the cake from the oven and leave it in the pan.
  7. Add glaze on top of the cake after baking.
