- Cut bacon slices into thirds and chicken livers into 1-inch pieces. Mix garlic powder into soy sauce.
- Dip chicken livers in the soy sauce mixture. Place one water chestnut on each piece of liver and wrap with one bacon strip.
- Roll, secure with a wooden toothpick, and arrange 12 at a time in a circle on a microwave-safe plate lined with paper towels.
- Cover with a paper towel.
- Cook on High for 3 minutes or until bacon is cooked.
- Let stand for 1 minute before serving.
