Instructions
- Add 1/2 liter of water to the honey, bring to a boil and skim.
- Pour the honey mixture into a flask or barrel, then add cranberry juice, cinnamon, cloves, and yeast.
- Set aside to ferment for two days.
- Cover the flask or barrel and store in a cool place for about three weeks.
- After fermentation, pour the beverage into bottles and seal.
