Russian Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. melted margarine
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1 large instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 large instant chocolate pudding

Instructions

  1. Mix flour and margarine.
  2. Add pecans.
  3. Press into 13 x 9-inch pan.
  4. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until light brown.
  5. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar.
  6. Add 1/2 Cool Whip.
  7. Spread on cooled crust.
  8. Mix vanilla pudding with 2 cups milk.
  9. Spread on cheese mixture.
  10. Mix chocolate pudding with 2 cups milk.
  11. Spread on vanilla pudding.
  12. Put the rest of the Cool Whip on top.
  13. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
  14. Chill.
