Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 lb. dry cottage cheese

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs, sugar, and salt together until well combined.
  2. Add milk and flour to the egg mixture and mix until it resembles thick cream.
  3. Fry spoonfuls of the batter in a skillet until golden on both sides.
  4. Fill each crepe with the dry cottage cheese, breaking lumps as needed.
  5. Roll the filled crepes and place them in a buttered baking dish.
  6. Dot the crepes with butter and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 45 minutes.
  7. Serve with sour cream, honey, jelly, or syrup.
