Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Combine both types of milk in a saucepan.
- Heat until scalding hot.
- Add butter and stir well. Set aside and let cool until only warm.
- Blend eggs, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon together.
- Add the warm milk.
- Blend for several minutes.
