Ingredients

  • 1/2 pkg. lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 cooked potato
  • 1 medium beet
  • 3 cooked carrots
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 c. sliced onions
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 Tbsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Cut everything into small portions.
  2. Mix lemon juice, salt and oil.
  3. Pour mixture over.
  4. Serve at room temperature.
  5. Makes 4 servings.
