A colorful, layered salad combining fresh vegetables, crispy bacon, and a creamy mayonnaise topping, perfect for casual gatherings or light summer meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 layer lettuce, chopped or shredded
  • 1 box frozen tiny English peas
  • 1-inch layer cauliflower pieces
  • 1-inch layer chopped onion or spring onions
  • 1-inch layer crisp bacon pieces or bacon bits

Instructions

  1. Layer all ingredients as described: lettuce, frozen peas, cauliflower, chopped onion or spring onions, and bacon pieces in a large salad bowl.
  2. Sprinkle half an envelope of Good Seasons garlic-flavored dressing over all.
  3. Spread mayonnaise over the entire salad to completely cover and seal all edges.
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
  5. Seal the salad with plastic wrap or foil.
  6. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
  7. Toss the salad and serve.
