Tips & Substitutions

For a richer flavor, consider adding a splash of Worcestershire sauce or a dash of your favorite hot sauce. You can substitute ground turkey for the hamburg and ground beef for a lighter option. Fresh herbs like thyme or basil can enhance the soup's profile. If you're short on time, pre-made meatballs can also work in a pinch.

Serving Suggestions

Serve this hearty soup with a crusty bread to soak up the delicious broth. A side salad with a light vinaigrette would complement it nicely. For a complete meal, consider pairing it with Cheese Yorkshire Pudding for a delightful twist on comfort food.

Storage & Reheating

Allow the soup to cool completely before transferring it to airtight containers. It can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months. To reheat, thaw overnight in the refrigerator and warm on the stovetop over medium heat, stirring occasionally until heated through.
