Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic.
  2. Shake vigorously in jar.
  3. Arrange greens in a bowl.
  4. Add dressing and toss well.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped eggs.
