- Mix the pickles, onions, peppers, salami and chives in a bowl. Whisk together the vinegar, oil and sugar and season to taste. Pour over the salad, toss to mix and let stand for 30 mins before serving. Keep in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 3 days.
