Instructions
- Saute onion, celery and carrots in butter for about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add salami and continue to saute for another 5 minutes. Add cabbage to mixture and saute 5 minutes more.
- Add chicken broth to pot and simmer for 1 hour.
