  1. Coat the fresh salmon with olive oil, slices of lemon, and bay leaf. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 to 25 minutes.
  2. Pout the salmon under the broiler during the last 5 minutes of baking to achieve a crispy top.
  3. While the salmon is baking, cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  4. Drain the pasta and toss with olive oil, basil, crumbled Feta cheese, pepper, and parsley.
  5. Serve the baked salmon alongside the seasoned spaghetti.
