Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can pink salmon, drained
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 heaping teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Pour the salmon juice into a glass and set it aside.
  2. Add one egg to the drained salmon.
  3. Gradually add enough flour to make the mixture thick, about 1/2 cup.
  4. Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a fork.
  5. Do not add any salt.
  6. Measure 1/4 cup of the salmon juice and add a heaping teaspoon of baking powder to it.
  7. Mix the salmon juice and baking powder together with a fork.
  8. Quickly pour the baking powder mixture into the salmon mixture and stir well with a fork.
