Ingredients

  • 1 lb canned salmon
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine canned salmon, milk, bread crumbs, eggs, chopped onion, melted butter, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and chopped bell pepper in a bowl.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
