Salmon Loaf (Diet)

Ingredients

  • 1 large can salmon
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 crackers
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 c. skim milk
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • celery or celery salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix together and bake at 350° until brown in a loaf pan.
  2. Also can use a Corning Ware dish.
  3. Serves 4.
