Ingredients

  • 2 cups canned salmon, boned and flaked
  • 1 egg or substitute
  • liquid from salmon
  • milk to make 3/4 cup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Blend the egg into the flaked salmon.
  3. Stir in the remaining ingredients: liquid from salmon plus milk to make 3/4 cup, lemon juice, chopped onion, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until the top is crisp and brown.
