Ingredients

  • 10 oz. frozen broccoli, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup uncooked instant rice
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
  • 7 3/4 oz. can salmon, drained and flaked
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  2. Cover and microwave on High for 5 minutes. Stir.
  3. Cover and microwave on High until rice is done or tender, 6 to 7 minutes longer.
  4. Stir before serving.
  5. Optional: add Velveeta cheese on or in for something different.
