Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • French bread

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Wash shrimp and spread in a single layer in a baking dish.
  3. Mix pepper, salt, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic.
  4. Pour the mixture over the shrimp and dot with butter.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, stirring several times during cooking.
  6. Peel shrimp when cool enough to handle.
  7. Serve with French bread for dipping in the sauce.
