Ingredients

  • 1 can salmon
  • 1 cup green beans, cooked
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • tomato sauce
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the canned salmon, cooked green beans, chopped onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fold in the beaten egg whites until well mixed.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish.
  5. Spread the mashed potatoes evenly over the top of the mixture.
  6. Pour tomato sauce over the mashed potatoes.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until cooked through and golden on top.
