Ingredients

  • 3 cans salmon
  • 2 cans cream-style corn
  • 2 cans whole potatoes
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 cans Italian style tomatoes
  • 1 (20 oz.) V-8 vegetable juice

Instructions

  1. Debone the canned salmon and mix it with all the vegetables in a 10-quart stew pot.
  2. Heat the mixture on medium heat for 30 minutes.
  3. Add V-8 vegetable juice as needed to keep the stew thin.
